The amazing views overlooking the lake from my room were a highlight of my stay, perfectly complemented by delicious breakfasts that started each day off right.

Unfortunately, the shower provided inconsistent water temperature, making it a bit frustrating to get comfortable while bathing.

Small hotel in a fairly quiet area near to walk to the ' center ' and City Center and a quiet area. Fairly quiet room with a lake view. The bathroom was clean and the staff was incredibly kind. Stunning and beautiful location to a huge rock. Great way to end our trip.

Breakfast was included, and each morning I savored a good meal overlooking the lake. Especially Sandra, were attentive. Exploring the nearby center was easy. A quick tuktuk ride for just 4000 COP made getting around simple. The shower had inconsistent water temperature, disappointing. The beds were a bit firmer than I prefer, and the storage space in the room felt limited. Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall experience left me with fond memories and a desire to return to this charming spot.

The mattress felt old and uncomfortable, with a metal bar digging into the back. Insects were present in the room, requiring me to buy spray to manage them, which the hotel didn't provide. The breakfast options were not very appealing-ordering a granola bowl resulted in cornflakes with flavored yogurt instead. There's also a lack of amenities in the room, like no bedside lamps for reading and no coffee provided unless you paid extra. It reminded me of we could have found better accommodations for the price we paid.

The hotel is just a short walk from beautiful Comfama Parque Guatape. It's close to local eateries and vibrant spots to grab a bite or a drink.

Breakfast was notably excellent, with delicious salads that we loved. The warmth and hospitality from staff was a standout aspect. They were helpful in organizing our activities. Some amenities could use an upgrade to enhance the overall experience, and noise insulation could be improved to minimize disturbances from neighboring rooms.

We had an awesome time here, especially devouring the best breakfast overlooking the lake and enjoying the free coffee and tea by the reception. The garden is perfect for relaxing, and we loved unwinding in the cozy leisure room with a good book. The only hiccup was the payment process, which could be a bit tricky, but it didn't take away from our great experience. 😊

The location is perfect. A peaceful spot near the vibrant town center. Enjoyed the delicious breakfast and really appreciated the warmth of the staff. Especially Mia, the lovely cat.
